Returns & Refunds
To help keep your knit looking its best, we recommend washing it only when necessary.
For the gentlest care, spot clean or hand wash as needed. If you choose to machine wash, place the sweater inside a delicates bag and use a gentle cycle with cold water.
After washing, lay the sweater flat to dry as hanging will cause stretching.
As each yarn type has its own unique qualities, some fibres may wear and wash differently than others. For this reason, we always recommend gentle spot cleaning whenever possible to help preserve the look and longevity of your hand-stitched sweater.
Items are made to order. Please allow 15 working days for your items to be customised.
All items are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. Please allow 4-7 working days to receive your item once shipped.
At Letter & Thread every piece is lovingly handcrafted and personalised especially for you. Because each item is custom made, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect personalisation details provided at the time of ordering.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every item before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are committed to exceptional quality and customer satisfaction and will work with you to find the best possible solution.
Please double-check all spelling, sizing, and colour selections before placing your order, as these cannot be changed once production has begun.
